You can stay connected with your relative(s) through landline, mobile phones and internet. If you wish, you can pay a personal visit as well on any day of the week.
Considering safety and convenience of our members, we have kept visiting hours fixed from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Yes, of course. However, please note that for safety of our members, each item coming from outside is checked by our staff before handing over to the intended recipient member
Yes, we do provide one temporary accomodation for upto 3 days on chargeable basis
Membership Fee is required to maintain long lease accommodation and handle medical emergency situations. In case of regular payment of monthly charges, if membership fee is not utilized, 50% of the amount is refunded to the nominees.
Yes, we do and we have special services for them
We have trained staff to serve such members for their everyday needs. At the same time, we try to prevent progression of the disease with the help of medicines, exercises and counseling. Required treatment and care is given as per advice of specialist doctors.
We have single bed, twin bed rooms and couple suites
We have professional security guards manning our premises round the clock. Additionally, our entire campus is monitored 24/7 under CCTV cameras.
We maintain a suggestion/ complaint box that can be used by our members. It is opened atleast once everyday.
Yes, they are but safety of such items is their own responsibility

- They should not physically/ mentally harm or disturb any other member
- They should follow general rules of Lilly Retreat
- They should co-operate with staff
- They should not consume alcohol, tobacco or any such intoxicant within the premises
- They should not cause damage to any property of Lilly Retreat
- They should not go outside the premises without permission
- They should have clean habit, good and disciplined behavior
- They should not do any financial transaction with staff
- They should not bring or eat non-veg food inside the premises
It depends on how you have asked us to handle such situation at the time of admission. We take few such details from you during admission process and follow accordingly. Generally, we try our best to contact relatives/ friends of our members in such situation. If they are not available for some reason, last rites are performed with due respect by Amrit Fondation according to the religion of the member.
- If s/he disrupts harmony of our community in any manner or causes trouble to any other member(s)

- If s/he has any contagious, incurable disease transferable to others
- If s/he is unsatisfied with our services
